Hi Iam not someone who regularly posts on social media. However, today is an exception and I feel compelled to do so!
Many are quick to complain when we are not happy but as a nation we appear less inclined to Compliment when things are great! I have interacted with the Mint Velvet Customers Services Team on a number of occasions. They are all so helpful, professional and seem genuinely inclined to go the extra mile to want to exceed clients expectations.
In an industry where you are probably stretched “ thank you “ for always picking up the phone, emailing me back promptly. Your merchandise is fabulous I’m a real advocate but your customer care is second to none and deeply appreciated by your customers.

Fantastic service again. I bought a shirt earlier in the year ( on line) for a recent holiday. On return, after it’s first wash, the trim down the sleeves shrank causing the sleeves to pucker.
Top marks to Mint velvet who traced the purchase, arranged for local store to examine and report.
On day of receipt they rang and arranged refund.
There have been other instances where I have have been astounded by the level of service. For example, I wanted some information about a product before buying. They contacted a local store to ask the questions and replied the next day.
Only issue I have is that they don’t always afford a rear view of a product.

Mint Velvet made a mistake, but they did their best to put it right and it's been thoroughly appreciated. Good retailer, lovely products, nice people. Thank you!!!

Hi I fell over your store whilst I visited york l and ended up buying 2 combat style trousers and a couple of tops and wow the quality is amazing and wash just as expected am now slowly converting my wardrobe into mint velvet items only and succeeding quet fast esp when the fab sales come up even the sale items have lots of different sizes available unlike other high street stores.The quality,customer care,.are exceptional whish I had found you sooner I'd much.rather buy quality over quantity as it makes me appreciate my nice clothes better always have complents wearing my mv items just hope it continues and doesn't become just another high street chain please keep.on doing what your doing

I don't often do this but I just wanted to acknowledge the fantastic customer service I received today at the Mint Velvet Guildford store. Lovely Olivia O'Mahoney went above and beyond. She couldn't do enough for me. She was trying so hard to find me a skirt that I wanted, from other stores, as they had run out at Guildford and it's out of stock online. In fact, all of the girls working in there today (Sunday 3rd July) deserve a mention because they were all so friendly and helpful. I used to be an NVQ Assessor and assessed the Customer Service NVQ 2 and 3 so know what constitutes excellent service.

Ilkley is my local store where I live… ordered the Bucket Bag (black) into store it’s perfect.. (free delivery this way and no waiting for DPD) it’s a brilliant store, nothing too much trouble…. Staff an attribute to the brand. Highly recommend this shop and try leaving empty handed!! ….. Jayne Whitaker

I received the dress yesterday excellent delivery time, I instantly fell in love with this dress,however upon trying it on just over 40 pieces of sequence dropped to the floor [I picked them up and counted them]
This put me in a bit of a quandary as I wanted the dress so after an overnight thought and phone call to customer services I’ve returned the dress much to my disappointment don’t know if this was excess sequence but didn’t want to take the chance it keeps falling off.

I would give Mint Velvet more stars if I could! By far one of the best retailers for customer service- which is exceptional- Jess you know who you are!!!Never experienced anything like it. Go above and beyond every time.

Clothes are lovely, super quality and reasonably priced! Slowly but surely my whole wardrobe is mint velvet and now will my daughters be. Love love love!

Brilliant customer service. I was helped by Maddie on delivery issues, who was tenacious and so very kind in her approach. Love some of the new material for the blazers as well!

Just bought the new orange ruffled dress but didn’t even take it out the bag to try on. This is definitely not orange as I know it. If you want a coral red dress, go for it but orange it definitely isn’t. Disappointed and wasted my time.

Bought trousers at £90 had on for 30 minutes look like 10 years old full of creases first time buying from them will be the last Christine Cusworth

Great service high quality material used for the clothes

I’ve been buying from Mint Velvet for a number of years now, and I absolutely love their clothes. Fashionable and classy all great quality.
Not only do I give their clothing 5 stars but the speedy delivery service and their outstanding customer services deserve 5 stars too. My favourite retailer by a mile.

I've recently ordered swimwear and dresses and I just love the way they are packaged but most importantly they are gorgeous quality and fit me so well. I'm definitely a mint velvet gal xxxx

The Horsham store are super friendly and always make it an experience rather than a transaction. Also got some brilliant advice on sites to see on my holiday! All round10/10 from this terrific store with its friendly happy team!
